20th Annual C-130 Hercules Operators Conference Highlights Lockheed Martin Sustainment Partnerships and Solutions

Atlanta, Georgia Representatives of 35 nations that fly variants of C-130 aircraft meet this week in Atlanta for the 20th annual Hercules Operators Conference (HOC) hosted by Lockheed Martin [NYSE: LMT]. The four day conference provides opportunities for the global C-130 Hercules community to address sustainment capabilities and concepts with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), its subcontractors and suppliers. Lockheed Martin Receives Contract For Four C-130J Super Hercules Aircraft For Qatar

Marietta, Georgia The State of Qatar has signed a $393.6 million contract with Lockheed Martin [NYSE: LMT] for the purchase of four C-130J Super Hercules airlifters plus training and spares with deliveries to begin in 2011.  Qatar’s new C-130Js will be the longer fuselage or “stretched” variant of the C-130J.  Read more
